RESERVATIONS
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your signed contract, including a credit card number. Uncle Billy’s will “hold” dates for guests although any date held will be considered tentative until receipt of a signed contract. Payment in full is required at the close of your event or the credit card on file will be billed.

MENUS & GUEST COUNT
In arranging for private functions, the menu must be selected 7 days prior to the event. A final guest count is due 2 days in advance of your event by 2 PM or the expected number will become your guarantee. A reduction in your number of guests will not lower the agreed upon minimum expenditure. You will be charged based on the guaranteed guest count plus any additional guests that may attend. Please consult your Event Coordinator for assistance in planning a menu tailored to your guests. Vegetarian options are available upon request.

BEVERAGES
You may choose to offer an Open Bar, Limited Host Bar or Cash Bar with liquor, beer or wine, or a combination of the three. Beverages included with your meal are water, iced tea (sweet and unsweet) and lemonade. An unlimited soda option can be added to your party package.

A unique space for your special event! Our private room is located on the second floor and provides complete privacy as well as offering a fabulous view of Lake Travis. The room seats up to 90 guests or accommodates up to 125 for a cocktail style event. Outdoor patio, private bar, linens, microphone, flat screen TV and DVD player are all included.

Looking to host a small group or casual event? We offer several options for groups of 20-300 in the main dining room as well as the 3rd level. All spaces offer a beautiful view of Lake Travis.
